UNDERSTANDING THE EXPERIENCE

01Where does A Word Set Apart fit within Healing Hearts?

A Word Set Apart is a program offered under Spiritual Wellness Care, one of the programs of the HEALing Center operated by Healing Hearts Serenity Sanctuary, Inc. It provides private sessions, reflection, and faith-centered encouragement within the organization’s broader spiritual care and holistic wellness mission.

02What is A Word Set Apart?

A Word Set Apart is a private, faith-centered spiritual wellness experience. It creates space to listen, reflect, receive Spirit-led encouragement, and continue discerning what is shared alongside Scripture, prayer, wisdom, and your personal relationship with God.

03Who does A Word Set Apart serve?

A Word Set Apart serves adult women and men seeking faith-centered encouragement, prayer, Scripture-centered reflection, and spiritual discernment. Sessions may be especially meaningful for individuals navigating an important personal or spiritual season, seeking greater clarity and hope, or prayerfully considering what the Holy Spirit may be revealing for their journey.

04What happens during a session with Hadassah?

Hadassah offers a direct, Holy Spirit-led prophetic word for edification, exhortation, and comfort. The session also includes personal reflection and space for continued spiritual discernment. Each experience is unique to the individual and their present season.

05What is a prophetic word?

A prophetic word is Spirit-led encouragement shared for edification, exhortation, and comfort, consistent with 1 Corinthians 14:3. It is offered for prayerful reflection—not to control decisions, guarantee an outcome, or predict the future.

06How should I prepare for my session?

Come with your questions, your hopes, and a willingness to listen, receive, and discern. You may pray beforehand, reflect on what feels most important in your present season, and consider what kind of spiritual support you prefer.

PRAYER, SCRIPTURE & DISCERNMENT

07How should I discern what is shared?

Prayerfully consider every word alongside Scripture, personal prayer, spiritual wisdom, pastoral guidance, individual discernment, and your own relationship with God. You remain responsible for deciding what is meaningful and appropriate for your journey.

08What role does Sean have?

Sean is a Prayer Minister whose ministry flows through prayer and the Word of God. He offers Scripture-centered, Spirit-led prayer for encouragement, peace, spiritual renewal, and continued discernment.

09Is closing prayer with Sean required?

No. Closing prayer with Sean is always optional. When requested, he may join the closing portion of an A Word Set Apart session to offer prayer grounded in Scripture while allowing you space to continue reflecting and discerning.

10Can I schedule prayer with Sean without receiving a prophetic word?

Yes. Prayer & the Word with Sean is a separate, private Scripture-centered prayer experience. This offering does not include a prophetic word from Hadassah.

11What is the Scripture Reflection Guide?

The Scripture Reflection Guide is a complimentary, optional guide with five Scripture passages and reflection questions. It may be used privately at any time, and you are not required to submit or share your reflections.

PRIVACY, CHOICE & MINISTRY BOUNDARIES

12Do you use tarot cards, psychic practices, or fortune-telling?

No. A Word Set Apart does not use tarot cards, psychic practices, fortune-telling, or guesswork. The ministry is rooted in faith in God and guided by the Holy Spirit and the Word of God.

13Is this counseling or mental-health treatment?

No. These spiritual wellness services are not counseling, psychotherapy, medical treatment, crisis intervention, or a substitute for appropriate pastoral, medical, mental-health, legal, or financial guidance.

14Is my experience private?

We are committed to providing a compassionate, private, and respectful spiritual experience. Personal reflections are shared publicly only with the participant’s permission, and identifying details may be withheld to protect privacy.

15May I decline a question, prophetic word, or prayer?

Yes. Spiritual care should strengthen rather than control and encourage rather than pressure. Your beliefs, preferences, readiness, boundaries, and personal responsibility are honored throughout the experience.

A Word Set Apart does not provide crisis intervention. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911. For mental health or emotional crisis support, call or text 988. Veterans may call 988 and press 1, or text 838255.
